Description
The blank (mashing) extractor housing replaces the regular extractor housing (juicing screen) of the Angel Juicer with a completely solid screen, which allows the making of nut butters.
It is exactly the same as the standard extractor housing in shape, but with solid stainless steel panels rather than mesh screening. The twin gears grind everything, which then comes out the opening at the end of the strainer.
The difference between the blank and grinding extractor housings is that the blank extractor housing is entirely solid, with no openings except for the two at the very end (where the pulp is ejected when using one of the juicing extractor housings). This results in far greater pressure, allowing for creamy nut butters.
